We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

Monday – Thursday: 8 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

On Fridays, the offices are closed for patient treatment but a member of our staff will be available from 8 a.m. – 12 noon to answer questions or to schedule an appointment.

The offices are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.

Insurance
Birmingham Orthodontics accepts most insurance plans. As a courtesy to you, our office will be happy to file your insurance. Before your appointment, it is important for you to contact your insurance company to find out what your benefits are and how much they will pay .Any insurance money received will be applied toward the total contract balance. If you have orthodontic insurance, you need to contact your provider before the first visit to know how much your policy pays. The questions you need to ask your provider are:

• Do I have orthodontic coverage?
  
• What are the benefits of my orthodontic coverage?
  
• Is my orthodontist a provider for this insurance? If not, will it cost more to use a non-provider orthodontist?
  
• Does the insurance company pay automatically?
