Our entire staff has combined almost 150 years of experience, just with Birmingham Orthodontics! Our staff is well trained and regularly attends continuing education courses and seminars. We take great pride in the work that we do to improve the appearance, dental health and self-esteem of our patients. We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive results.

Our entire staff rotates between all three of our convenient locations. Each office has a manager, a new patient coordinator, a treatment coordinator, front desk staff, orthodontic assistants and a doctor. At your consultation appointment you will meet our new patient coordinator and she will introduce you to our office and lead you through your first visit. After you meet with one of our doctors to discuss possible treatment, you will meet with our treatment coordinator to go over financing options for your treatment. She will also answer any further questions you might have about your treatment.

At each appointment you will see a doctor and an orthodontic assistant. All our patients see all of our doctors on a rotating basis. We feel this gives each patient the most comprehensive treatment - remember, two heads are better than one! Our patients also will see several of our orthodontic assistants, our office runs the most efficiently if whomever is available treats the next patient. This helps us see you at your actual appointment time!

We also have several employees that our patients will never see but without them, we wouldn’t be able to see our patients.

Our Insurance Coordinator handles all insurance information. She is responsible for making sure claims are sent to your insurance provider and making sure all insurance payments are applied correctly to your account. When waiting on information or payment from your insurance company, please understand the insurance companies don’t work as quickly as she does!

Our Collections Coordinator has the responsibility of making sure everyone’s account is current and paid up to date. She’s the one that will know if you miss a payment!

Our Personal Relations Coordinator is focused on developing better relationships among community dentists and oral surgeons to help facilitate the best treatment for our patients. Ask her if you need a good dentist!

Our Marketing Director is responsible for all advertising within our office and outside our office. She’s the one that puts our logo on everything!

Our Financial Officer is responsible for the power to be on when you come for your appointment. There always has to be someone that pays the bills!

Our Practice Manager handles everything else so our assistants and doctors can focus on what they do best - create a beautiful smile for you!
